Beaches

Port Elizabeth is known as the watersport centre of South Africa. We are situated a mere 5 minutes walk to the very popular Hobie Beach, which is also the starting and finishing point of the International Iron Man Triathlon. Our beaches offer safe swimming, fishing and scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing, body boarding and surfing. A mere 40 min drive will take you to the Famous surfing spots of Jeffereys Bay and Cape St Francis.

Game Reserves and wildlife

We are proud to be associated with many of the malaria free game reserves. Amongst these the world famous Shamwari, Addo Elephant Park, Schotia Safaris. Alternatively you can take a short drive to the Kragga Game Park or Seaview Game Park. Day Trips and excursions

Port Elizabeth is an excellent home base for day trips to Tsitsikamma National reserve and Storms River, which is the starting point of the Otter trail. Close by you will also find Port Alfred, Grahamstown, Jeffereys Bay and Cape St Francis.
